An Invitation to Become a Member of the FSDDS
To qualify for active membership, a dermatologist must have been in practice in Florida for at least one year prior to applying, and must be a member of the American Academy of Dermatology.

In order for your membership to be processed, references from three active members of the Society are required. Two reference forms, which should be mailed directly to the FSDDS office, can be obtained by contacting the FSDDS offices at 904-309-6240.

When returning your application, please include the following: A check for $350, which includes the $25 application processing fee and the first year’s dues of $325, and a list of your published articles. Once your application is complete, you will be granted provisional membership status.

Applications are reviewed by the FSDDS Board of Directors and presented for approval to the full membership at the next FSDDS Annual Meeting.
